This is a series of photographs inspired by George Orwell – particularly Burmese Days, Down And Out In Paris And London and Homage To Catalonia – in which I sought to loosely explore the themes of his work, the locations of his life and his contemporary standing. Having dedicated himself to writing about injustice and political turmoil, he appears as relevant as ever.
